    On occasion Clarion IS will utilise our vast purchasing and IT channel experience using trusted vendors and suppliers to fulfil our commitment to add value to your IT supply chain. This will require that we provide contact and delivery address information to these trusted third parties so that we can fulfil the contract that we enter with you when we accept a purchase order.

    We will not otherwise share your personal information with third parties unless we have requested your explicit permission or are required by law to do so.

    How long we keep your information

    Personal data will be retained for 2 years from your last log in

    Personal information relating directly to invoiced orders will be retained for 6 years in line with the HMRC VAT Notice 700/21
